"Artania" from Beykush Winery is a white Brut Pinot Gris (50%) and Riesling (50%) grapes. This sparkling wine has aromas of sea buckthorn, acacia and sugarcane, and the palate opens with notes of apple, thyme and basil with a savory acidity on the finish.

Pét Nat (Pét-Nat) - (abbreviation of Péttilant Naturel, from the French "natural sparkling") is a traditional ancestral winemaking method in which the wine is bottled until its first fermentation is complete, and then the fermentation of the natural sugars in the bottle is completed, so releasing bubbles. Because Pet-Nat is usually not filtered at the end of the process, it almost always has a cloudy appearance.

It tastes good with soft cheeses, canapés, light salads, white fish and simply on its own. Serving temperature: 8-10 degrees.
