Product description
This white dry wine from Biologist is made from the Aligote grape variety. It has a transparent light straw color.
The aroma is expressive and sonorous, with hints of currant, grapefruit and passion fruit, complemented by balanced acidity and a good body.
The aftertaste is long and elegant, intertwined with ripe white fruits.
The recommended serving temperature is 10-12°C.
It will be a great addition to dishes under creamy and oily sauces: grilled white fish,
baked salmon, tuna, clams, roast chicken and turkey, spaghetti.
