"Gewürztraminer" from the Chara & Gara winery is a dry white wine made from Gewurztraminer with the help of soft pressing of berries after several hours of maceration and fermentation in steel tanks. The aroma of the wine is saturated with notes of lychee, honey, spices and tropical fruits, mango and pineapple. The taste has moderate acidity, freshness and a long aftertaste of exotic fruits. It is best suited for seafood, fried fish, in particular dorado with vegetable risotto.
