Winners of the Decanter World Wine Awards 2025

On 18 June 2025, the winners of the Decanter World Wine Awards were announced. Among the wines that received awards, there were many Ukrainian ones.

The DWWA enjoys international trust due to its rigorous judging process. Wines are organised for tasting by country, region, colour, grape variety, style, vintage and price, which is organised in London. In 2025, wines from 57 countries were evaluated by 248 leading international experts, including 22 master sommeliers and 72 master winemakers — the largest number in the history of the competition.

"For the first time in the history of participating in the DWWA, Ukrainian wines received four gold medals, which is a very good result. This is recognition of the quality, craftsmanship and character of our wines, which are the result of hard work, dedication and belief in Ukraine's potential as a wine-producing country. I sincerely congratulate all the winners and participants! Your successes inspire and strengthen Ukraine's image on the world wine map. Thank you for proving through your work that Ukrainian wine is a source of pride, quality and the future," says Svitlana Tsybak, director of Beykush Winery and head of the Association of Craft Winemakers of Ukraine, on her official Facebook page.

The gold awards went to Ukrainian producers:

Beykush Winery for Arbin 2021;

Wine SHABO for Grande Reserve Cabernet-Franc-Merlot-Saperavi 2022 and Reserve Saperavi 2023;
