"Merlot" from the Odesos winery is a dry red wine from a limited edition, aged in an oak tub. The aroma is rich in tones of cherry, plum and cigarette tobacco. The taste is expressed by the fleshy structure of the ripe cherry, volume and sweet tannins. Best suited to red meat dishes, pork dishes or red cured meats.
