"Olbaum" from Chateau Chizay is a vintage aged cognac, poured in glasses with the thick and shiny color of old amber. It has a pronounced aroma of dried fruits, emphasized by notes of coffee, chocolate and roasted nuts. It is multi-layered and balanced. Revealing, shows balsamic notes. Over time, new fruit, grape and raisin shades appear. Do not serve cold. It is better to try as digestif and together (or instead) dessert, at the end of the meal. Combined with fruits that do not have too pronounced or specific flavor, with not spicy cheese with fig jam, to a cup of coffee, chocolate.
