"Pet Nat Zenit/Zengo" from the Transcarpathian winery Kohanovska is a white brut sparkling wine made using ancestral technology, or PetNat, from grapes of varieties Zenit 54% and Zengo 46%. It has a refreshing fruity taste with notes of citrus, white flowers and juicy apples. Thanks to the natural fermentation in the bottle, the wine retains a slight turbidity and a lively character.
