"Renaissance" by Biologist is a sparkling white brut wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Aged for 48 months on lees. The aroma of the sparkling has notes of green plum and apple combined with elderflowers, the palate with a gentle creaminess and light straw notes.
