Pinot Noir red dry aged wine Chateau Chizay

Chateau Chizay's Pinot Noir is a dry red wine aged in French barriques for 12 months. It has a ruby colour of medium depth. The aroma is fresh and delicate, with distinct notes of raspberry, early blackberry and a hint of green herbs. The taste is soft, full-bodied and dry. However, it is most reminiscent of strawberry marmalade, complemented by other berry and fruit tones. Light tannins help the wine pair well with grilled poultry or veal.
