"Sauvignon Blanc" from the Chara and Gara winery is a dry white wine, the first vintage white wine of Galicia, from the vineyards of Transcarpathia. Classic fermentation technology in the New Zealand style and a blend of four variations into a single and unique wine.
The aroma of the wine is fresh and elegant with floral and fruity notes that develop into exotic aromas with an intense touch of passion fruit, gooseberry and wildflowers. It is best suited as an aperitif, as well as in combination with fish dishes, cold snacks and light green salads.
