Made by spontaneous fermentation on wild yeast and maceration on grape skins for 2 months. The aroma is expressive, filled with tones of dried white fruits, quince, dried apple, with a touch of honey. The taste of the wine is light and tender, reveals tones of dried fruits, with soft tannins and balanced acidity. It has a long and rich aftertaste.
