Cherry №2 "Proskurivka" is a fruit and berry wine made from 3 varieties of cherry Lotivka, Shpanka and Duke with the addition of sugar, citrus fruits and spices, made by the long fermentation method. Cherries ferment for more than 3 months in glass Italian vats with added sugar followed by low temperature treatment. The taste is a sweeter wine with a classic cherry taste, of medium strength.
