Cherry №9 "Proskurivka" is a fruit and berry wine, a mulled wine-flavored cherry, made by long fermentation, for more than 6 months in glass Italian vats with added sugar and subsequent treatment at low temperature. The taste of cherry in combination with the metd of long-term fermentation, the wine acquires a special charm. Spices include citrus peel, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, anise, saffron, and cloves.
