"Blaufrankish Sect Selection" of the Chateau Chizay winery is a sparkling rosé brut wine from the European Blaufrankish variety. Despite the traditional method of production and aging on the lees for up to 24 months, the wine retains lightness and delicacy in both color and refined taste with good acidity. The fragrance features light flowers, barberry, raspberry, wild strawberry, subtle notes of fresh cherry, creating an excellent balance.
