"Grand Admiral 2019" from winery 46 Parallel is a white sparkling extra brut wine made according to the traditional champagne method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, aged on sediment for 70 months. The aroma is exquisite, deep and layered with notes of green apple, ripe pear and white peach, tones of brioche, toast, almond, light creaminess and minerality. The taste is clean and deep, with a silky pearl and perfect balance, a long elegant aftertaste with delicate yeast and mineral shades.
