"Grand Admiral 2020" from Winery 46 Parallel is a aged white extra brut sparkling wine created from Pinot Blanc and Riesling grapes using the traditional champagne method, aged on sediment for 60 months. The aroma of sparkling is clean, layered and elegant, with notes of green apple, citrus peel and white pear, shades of brioche, fresh pastries, almonds, butter and fine minerality. The taste is dry, harmonious and structured, the acidity of Riesling is combined with the soft cream texture of Pinot Blanc, in a taste of citrus, green apple, white peach, bread and nut nuances.
