Product description
Sparkling white aged wine "GRAND VALLE" brut is made according to classical technology by saturating wine materials with carbon dioxide during secondary fermentation in the bottle with aging on lees for at least 18 months. The wine has a delicate, elegant and rich aroma, a light refreshing taste with light notes of apple, citrus and freshly baked bread and a balanced level of acidity.The taste is harmonious, balanced with a pleasant aftertaste. The wine is transparent, of a delicate lemony, shiny color, clean with small uniform bubbles. Consumption temperature: +7 ºС to +9 ºС. Perfectly combined with shellfish, fish dishes, soft cheeses.
This wine received a bronze award at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2024.
