""Cabernet Merlot LX Haut de gamme" from the Kolonist winery is a red dry aged wine made using the technology of fermentation with whole berries in oak vinifiers, aged for 24 months in new French barriques made of century-old oak with ceramic firing. The aroma is multifaceted, with pronounced tones of blackcurrant, blackberry, prune, aromatic dried pear, with dominant smoky notes and long-lasting aging. The taste is full, saturated with tannins, with a long aftertaste of dried fruits, spices and vanilla.
