"Cabernet Merlot Haut de gamme" Kolonist wine red dry aged wine, produced by fermentation technology with whole berries in oak vinificators and aged 24 months in new French barriques made of century-old oak with ceramic roasting. The wine was created in honor of the 60th anniversary of the founder of the family winery "Colonist" Ivan Plachkov.The aroma is crimson, with pronounced tones of red and black currant, blackberry, prunes, fragrant dried pear, with dominant smoky notes. The taste is full, moderately tannic, with creamy and coffee notes, a long aftertaste of dried fruits and spices.
