"Bisser" from the winery Kolonist is a aged white brut sparkling, made according to the traditional champagne technology with an aging of at least 3 years in a bottle with yeast. Bisser is a classic brut made from Chardonnay grapes. The aroma is developed, delicate, with tones of aging, notes of cream and butter, vanilla and a crust of baked bread. The taste is fresh, crispy, with a sweet aftertaste.
