"Leleka" is a rose brut sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes by re-fermentation in containers method, named Charmat. The aroma is fresh and elegant, revealed by notes of red currant, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit with a thin floral chord. The taste is clean and balanced, with a pleasant berry acidity, a soft texture and a long refreshing finish with mineral nuances. It goes best with salmon or tuna carpachos, soft cream cheeses (Brie, Camembert) or light desserts with seasonal berries.
