"Marevo" Biologist is a limited edition wine made using the appassimento technology, which allows you to achieve a deep and rich taste. This is a dry red wine from dried grapes of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Odessa Black, which creates a perfect harmony of aromas and flavors. Thanks to aging in an oak barrel for 2 years, the wine acquires excellent depth and complexity.
This wine has a rich aroma of ripe fruits such as cherry, plum and blackberry, with fine velvety tannins that give it an elegant and warm aftertaste. It has a dark ruby color and a balanced structure. This wine will be an excellent complement to grilled meat dishes, poultry or aged cheeses.
