"Merlot Rose" from the Chara & Gara winery is a rose semi-dry wine made by quickly pressing Merlot grapes, when the grape juice got the color from the skin and was immediately pressed for further fermentation. The taste has bright acidity, freshness, a wonderful berry aftertaste and a sweet taste, which is formed by residual fructose without the addition of sugar.
