It has a dark ruby color, a pronounced aroma of cranberries, wild berries and viburnum in honey and a gastronomic taste with medium acidity and a long berry aftertaste. It is best suited to red meat dishes, pork dishes and red cured meat. Serving temperature: ° C: 16-18.
