"Rhyolite" from the winery of Karl Sass is a rose semi-dry aged wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot grape varieties, with the help of spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels at the extract on the sediment for 5 months. The aroma is saturated with notes of red berries and berry jam. The taste is rich, well balanced, with light sweetness.
