"Blaufrankish" from Chateau Chizay is a red semi-dry wine made from Blaufrankish grapes. The aroma of the wine is fruity, complex, with tones of violet, blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry and shades of spices. The taste is soft, with notes of red fruits, dark berries, ripe plums and delicate tannins. Best suited to berry pie, fruit, soft or semi-soft cheese.
