"Yandola" from Demidi Winery is a white dry wine from Soliaris grape variety, fermentation and maceration takes place in a ceramic amphora for 6 months. The process where the juice remains in contact with the skin and seeds allows the grape juice to retain its natural properties and aromas. The wine has a light taste with hints of honey and nuts. The aroma of white flowers, dried pear, orange peel and has a complex aftertaste. Ideal with fish, salads or white meat dishes.
