‘Rkatsiteli’ from the Biologist winery in the Kyiv region is a dry, unfiltered white wine with a golden amber colour, made from Rkatsiteli grapes. Aged for 9 months in new oak barrels. The aroma of the wine has floral and spicy nuances and honey tones. The taste is full-bodied, harmonious, with a good tannin structure and a pleasant spicy aftertaste. Recommended serving temperature is 12-14°C. The wine will be a wonderful addition to baked turkey and grilled chicken or fried fish with a fresh green salad.
