Dry aged red wine "Saperavi" from Father's Wine is made from the Saperavi grape variety using the apacimento method, where the berry is dried for a greater concentration of flavor and sugar in the berry, and aged in a barrel for 18 months. The aroma of the wine is rich with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and pepper with notes of aging in oak. The taste is balanced with soft tannins and a long aftertaste. It goes best with red meat or steak.
