"Fata Morgana" from the Yanchyn Hills winery is a dry wine made using the Imereti technology of amber wine from Rkatsiteli grape variety. The aroma of the wine are extraordinary, with tones of jam and dried fruits. The taste has astringency, thanks to the technology that added tannins to the wine. This wine is perfectly combined with any dishes, except desserts.
