‘Rkatseteli po-Kakhetinski’ from the Shabo winery is an amber dry wine made using a unique Georgian Kakhetian technology with maceration in traditional clay amphorae (kvevri). The aroma of the wine has notes of dried apricots, quince, rose hips, tea rose and nuances of white pepper and dried fruit. The taste of the wine is deep, structured, with well-integrated tannins, a spicy-fruity character and a slight tartness. It pairs perfectly with fish, poultry and seafood.
