White dry "Chersegi" from Chateau Chizay from the Chersegi grape variety has a pale yellow-straw color. Aroma of medium intensity, with nuances of apricot, sweet peach, white rose petals and a light note of spices. The taste is very light due to the low level of sugar and alcohol and good acidity. Wine can be enjoyed on its own or served with asparagus or baked dorado.
