«Chersegi» from Chateau Chizay Winery is a dry white wine made from the Chersegi grape variety. A medium-intensity fragrance, with nuances of apricot, sweet peach, white rose petals and a light touch of spices. The taste is very light due to the low level of sugar and alcohol and good acidity. It is best for asparagus or baked dorado, or on your own.
